Warranty Service Program

A structured procedure for handling warranty complaints.

Recording of service call and work performed
Follow-up from the beginning to the end of the service call to make sure repairs are made in a timely manner to the customers satisfaction
Coordinate complaints with Maintenance and Repair Centers, Dealers and End users
Contact customer on the day following the completion of work to verify that the equipment has been repaired and performing to the customers satisfaction
Provide a complete print out on all details of the service call to the Dealer and Factory involved
